Gaming ethics...who is in the right?

I don't think it's unethical, and not because of my opinion on Square's or anything alike. And in general, thinking of big companies as of ethical or unethical persons is kind strange IMO.

On the other hand, for what it's worth - I wouldn't do something like that.
