The thing that Boom Blox has going for it that Zak & Wiki didn't is that it LOOKS like a puzzle game on a console with a somewhat casual demographic. The graphics style and box-art for Zak & Wiki kind of mask what it really is.
I expect it to have a rather lackluster 1st week but some decent legs, especially after a price-drop($50 is a bit high for the casual market). Assuming word of mouth spreads and EA advertises it on things like their Pogo service.
