Just saying that once TLOU hype hits, people will be forgetting anything else.

But yeah, it may be enough, or maybe not, if SP is July and ND is October, it's actually pretty close enough to do some damage IMO.

As you can see from Google Trends, The Last of Us didn't have more interest or hype than God of War III did back in 2010, people forget how big GoW is or was, probably because GoW3 is still so severly under-tracked along with most of the series.

God of War: Ascension still had a lot of hype, the reason why it didn't do so well is because it was a weak entry to the series and was a multiplayer-focused prequel nobody wanted therefore had poor word of mouth, even then it still managed a respectable ~3m.

If God of War IV released the same year as TLoU2 both games will be huge (assuming both are amazing), neither will have ill-effect on the other.

 

And holy shit PS Experience is only a week away, where did the time go? I hope God of War IV is officially revealed, would make my xmas.
