I know that biology plays into our soecial and economical status, but I am a feminist, so I believe economy should find a way to address the situation. I believe that Both and women should be granted maternity leave in the most critical months post birth. Women today dont want to be left with the burden and they shouldnt be. It should be a trade off. Women back in the day had to deal with it and some would've rather had it that way but thats not all women. Ideals among women are not always shared so people must.

Also, women can have above average testosterone levels as well. That does contribute to competitiveness.Women are starting to break the glass ceiling. They have already surpassed men in Job placement and education.

Do you speak for all women? Thats very interesting.
The things I hear and read say that a lot of women want their men to keep working, so they can be there for the kid. Oh, sorry, taking care of their newborn kid? I meant carry the horrible burden.
When I have kids, I would like to share it 50/50. Some don't. Either is fine, IMO.
