I'm on NG+. Some parts are quite hard but it's still manageable for the most part IMO. Certainly not impossible lol.

I'm trying to go through it using my main character. Stats are at 50 across the board and into NG+++.

Ludwig, The Holy Blade: One of the best boss fights in the game hands down. Keeps you on your toes and the second phase is a pain in the butt. At this NG setting it is easy to get killed in 2-3 hits. His charge attack can wipe me out in one hit luckily it is telegraphed if you pay attention. Nice to see the return of the Moonlight Greatsword. Took me about 35 tries to down his butt.

Living Failures: Like a cross between Rom The Vacuous Spider and the Celestial Emissary. Multiple targets with magic crap flying in all directions. A long drawn out fight and you can get overwhelmed if not careful. Only took 2 tries to kill him though.

After that i doubled back to take on Laurence, the First Vicar. I'm still there. Been killed around 20 times now. Seems like i keep getting caught with his combo attack which nearly kills me.

The DLC so far has been good. Visually interesting with a variety of enemies. If you don't like having to face hunter type enemies you will have a difficult time with this dlc. They are abundant and hit like trucks.

Ludwig is my favorite boss in the game. Maria is great too and has a cool moveset, she's a bit easy though. Also I'm at the Fishing Hamlet now (holy shit at the big shark things, hardest standard enemy in the game? I did manage to take on the two at the well and got the Rakuyo...took a while though) as I've decided to take a break from fighting Laurence lol. He's fucking cheap and he's even harder than Ludwig for me. His range is crazy, he's super aggressive, and hits too hard. And of course he has a lot of HP. I almost had him once.

Finally took out Laurence. Gotta say i feel good about it. Just have 2 more to go. Laurence is a cheap SOB but i have to learn my leason all over again about being more cautious and taking my time. Once his legs are gone and he's crawling around i just kite him from one end of the room to the other and getting in one hit in between arm swipes. I died once with him having only one hit left. I miscalculated and thought he only had two hits left.... two hits later he's slappin the crap out of me and i die.... so just one hit and out and i beat him. First half of the fight has a more traditional bloodbourne vibe... lots of dodging and hitting. The second half is more of a dark souls vibe... stay on the defensive and pick your shots. For being a reskin of one of the first bosses in the game, he is quite good/hard.
