I'm pretty sure that most of us would have trouble letting a disabled person die because of feelings, but it's not as though we can do much about it.
You know...this type of chat bothers me in general. I suppose people don't want anyone to die. It's that simple.
Kids will die. Women will die. Men will die. The smartest option is to invest into the future.
