I have found areas in fallout 4 with textures the look straight out of the early 00's, I'm not saying full scenes look that bad but certain texture in certain lighting. Absolutely horrible, And I'm not even talking about the textures that fail to load which is everyother 15 minutes.

Nah, just more silly hyperbole. That or you just flat out never gamed on a PS2 :)
