statistical tie. Depending on sample size that could be a 5%/10%/20% margin of error. I think NDP has a pretty large sample size so lets go with 5% MOE. So lets say PS4 sells 500K that week. I would consider it a tie if the XB1 were anywhere from 475K to 525K because both consoles would fall within the margin of error.
