I don't know that I quite agree with that. Only the hardcore fans really know what Sony's PR says. Everyone else just thinks of a crying baby
. Sony's problem is they didn't listen to the market. Blu Ray may come in handy when the price is lower, but consumers didn't ask for Blu Ray and are leary to make the switch. This is at least $150 of the PS3 price that consumers are forced to pay. Sony is pushing HD to try and sell HDTVs, when the Wii shows that people want low priced entertainment. Sony didn't fix their coding which has led to many delays. All this leads to a product that simply put is overpriced in the eyes of many consumers.
