Hmm, this is a nice thread. I had to give some thought on what games really define me as a person.

1 - Sonic the Hedgehog

I was kind of wild and crazy as a kid. I had a lot of energy and liked to move a lot. I liked running and racing things, running against the bus after school. So when Sonic came around, I fell in love with the character. I felt I wanted to be like him, very fast and very cool. When I ran, I tried to run fast, hoping I can be fast like Sonic. I also started drawing with Sonic. I would get the old Archie comic books and was really facinated with it. I tried drawing him, and met a friend who drew as well, and kind of became a rival. Sonic was what may have moved me the path of drawing.

2 - Dr. Robotic's Mean Bean Machine (Puyo Puyo) / Tetris Attack (Panel De Pon)

I put both of these together because they are somewhat similar, and also drove my love of puzzle games. For one reason or another, I rented Mean Bean and really enjoyed it. Something about making slimes fall on each other in careful set ups was very exciting for me, and crushing my enemies in clear blocks was very exciting. I played a lot, and my love for the game grew with it. Later, I learned of Tetris Attack from a friend, and played it. It was somewhat similar to Mean Bean, and forming large chains from x4 to x9 to even ??? was so soooo exciting. I eventually bought the game, where I would play it everyday for a month, before I got busy with other things. I sometimes pop it in and those feelings of joy rush into me when ever I do : ) These 2 were the start of my love of puzzles.

3 - Kirby Super Star

Anyone who knows me well may say I am funny, interesting, and weird, but most of all, very happy, almost always smiling. If there is one character I feel I can relate with when it comes to being happy and cheerful, it's Kirby. This cute guy is almost always happy, and nothing seems to get him down. He marches on, having fun adventures where ever he goes, and he is happy. And that is how I feel. Kirby is someone I feel I can relate to.

4 - Minecraft

If there is one thing I loved doing as a kid, it was building. I used to play with Legos all the time, making all sorts of cool things. I tried making as much as I could with my pieces. I even wanted to be an architect at some point. So when Minecraft came around, I stayed away, because I knew it was a game made for me. It was so fitting, I was afraid of playing it, fearing I could lose myself to it, and was I right. I bought it eventually and fell in love. I tried building many things, from homes, to castles, to bottled ships in the sky. It was a perfect fit for me, and defines a part of me pretty well.

5 - Undertale

As I have stated before, I am a pretty silly and light hearted person. I like to chat with people, make jokes, and laugh with other. I just like having a good time and get a long. Undertale feels like that sort of thing for me. I felt myself really enjoying the characters, as if they were friends I have met along time ago, just catching up and having fun. Some of the characters may be kind of scary, but they are like people too with their own feelings, thoughts and needs, and you just need to talk to them and get to know them. Then you learn they are not so bad, and are pretty great. So yeah, Undertale. Feels like it fits a part of me.

And that is my 5. I feel I can do a 6th or 7th, haha...
