No!! If it's Ni No Kuni 2, then it can't be Dark Cloud 3. Nothing against Ni No Kuni -- it's great -- but priorities man.
That said, the number 1 game on the countdown should be Persona 5. Sure, I suspect it will be The Last Guardian or Uncharted 4 or something, which is all fine and dandy, but Persona 5's greatness will be to such a degree that everything in the universe will simultaneously combust, because we are not yet worthy of comprehending it.
... That is, if it ever comes out.
