This is a first because we've never seen ND work on a Uncharted with this much power as they've always wanted to. The adventure will be much larger and as will be the gaming world. We will see how it all goes.

The same can be said for any first iteration of a series on new hardware, and, far more often than not, it doesn't lead to a drastically bigger game world or adventure. Those usually come later in a console's lifetime, when the developers have a better grasp of what the hardware is capable of.
