Truth be told, most of them have already been re-released on PS3 so I'd probably go after those versions instead.
Only ones I can think of are SSX 3 and Tricky, Rise of the Kasai, Killer 7, Max Payne 1 and 2, and Tony b Hawk's Underground 2.
Since I own pretty much every other console, I either have our have access to a better version of the PS2 titles I loved (ie Silent Hill 3, Zone of the Enders, FFX, RE 4, etc.)
