A bunch of niche stuff isn't going to move hardware. The PS3 and 360 are seeing their support cut back in spite of selling significantly more software than Vita. PSV current price is too high for many potential buyers, so they probably don't even bother to look for titles they could like, as they won't buy the console in the first place. Also, a larger potential user base could mean more SW support. Currently PSV is in a vicious circle, but a better price and some form of relaunch could break it, at least up to a certain degree.
