When Will the Frame Rate Standard Go Beyond 60fps?

It's a rather pointless question, I'm sorry to say, because nothing over 60 fps is even remotely warranted. Most games are 30 fps for that matter, and look just fine. Only certain types of games, such as racers etc., NEED to be in 60 fps to really look smooth.
