This is the line and I'm going to tell you what I think you've just confirmed:
'No point comparing them till it's publicly available.'
The use of 'it's' here shows that it's not just on a game by game basis but rather TRUE PS2 emulation. GAF has been asking whether it will be on a game by game basis or whether it's across the board emulation similar to that found on PCs. In other words -- with the exception of the odd game here and there -- nearly all PS2 games will be playable automatically and what we'll get is an App to download onto our PS4s in order to play them.
The PS5 Exists.
