A big rounded arena with 10 huge doors, Each door will spawn a random but different Boss, If you die, you have to start again. Yes you can change gear and builds after you kill each boss, but you never know what will be behind the next door.

If you beat all the bosses with 1 life, you get a Platinum Trophy
