Is Sega contributing funding for Shenmue III? If it isn't, I wouldn't give Sega much credit for merely licensing out one of its IPs so that others can fund and develop it. I also probably wouldn't count either Persona 5 or Yakuza 5's localisation as evidence that Sega is on the rise since the former is from a subsidiary and was in development prior to the acquisition and the latter happened due to Sony partnering with Sega.
Regardless, I'd certainly like to see Sega return to its former glory. The new Valkyria Chronicles and Yakuza entries are certainly putting it on the right path, I just hope that we'll see them in English in reasonable time frame instead of needing to wait until the PlayStation 5 has been on the market for 2 years.
