30 million not to be on the PS3? Unlikely at best. We are talking about a maximum userbase of 6-7 million due to it being online only. If R* made $10 off a download, and half of the install base bought the game you would have an equal amount of money. There is no way $30 million went to keeping it "exclusive." Simply funding the project out right is enough to secure the exclusive nature of the content. Any amount on top of that will not have to be substantial.
