STAR WARS: BATTLEFRONT – FIRST MODDED MATCH SHOWCASED RUNNING ON CUSTOM DEDICATED SERVER

YouTube’s ‘NoFaTe’ has released a video, showcasing the first modded match for Star Wars: Battlefront running on a custom dedicated server. As NoFaTe noted, for the purposes of this demonstration, players have infinite health, and jetpacks have been modified to fly much farther. In other words, this could very well open possibilities for mods in Star Wars: Battlefront.

God bless modders. We are pretty sure that a lot of gamers were put off by the new dialogue system of Fallout 4. Instead of showing what the character would exactly say, Bethesda’s latest entry in the Fallout series featured a system similar to the one used in Mass Effect. In other words, players could choose a specific type of answers and were unable to see what their characters would say.

I've been travelling the Commonwealth wastes with Piper, and let's just say... we get along really well. I'm not sure I've met anyone else in Fallout 4 I'd prefer to travel with, but with this new mod allowing most of the wasteland's aggressive fauna to be companions, I think my mind can be changed.

DEUS EX: MANKIND DIVIDED HAS BEEN DELAYED TO AUGUST 23RD

Square Enix and EIDOS Montreal announced today that Deus Ex: Mankind Divided has been delayed until August 23rd, 2016. The game was originally planned for a February 2016 release, however EIDOS Montreal claimed that it needed more time in order to release a more polished title.

CRYSIS IS NOW 8 YEARS OLD, MODDED VERSION STILL GIVES TRIPLE-A GAMES A RUN FOR THEIR MONEY

Crysis was released in Europe on November 16th, 2007. Crytek’s title is now eight years old, and its modded version still gives most triple-A games a run for their money. Crytek created a really amazing shooter back in the days; a shooter that received two underwhelming sequels. Crytek has just announced that its spectacular CRYENGINE-powered VR tech demo, Back to Dinosaur Island, is now available for download on Steam. I don’t know whether this will please those that were disappointed with the recent PS4 exclusivity announcement of Robinson: The Journey, but at least this is better than nothing, right?

 

THE CREW: WILD RUN IS NOW AVAILABLE, NEW UPDATE FOR THE CREW OVERHAULS VISUALS

Ubisoft has announced that The Crew: Wild Run, the expansion to the action-driving MMO The Crew, is available worldwide for download on UPLAY. In addition, all players of The Crew will experience a free update including updated graphics, new lighting effects, redesigned areas adapted for all types of vehicles and the all-new weather system.

>>I don't know what's more surprising, the fact that Ubisoft has launched a free update that improves the graphics or knowing that there's enough people playing the game to the point that they've launched an expansion for it.

 

ASSASSIN’S CREED: SYNDICATE – PC GRAPHICS SETTINGS REVEALED
