Yes, and I'm not happy about it. I wanted a full-blown remake that really brought Twilight Princess into the new generation instead of a lazy remaster with better textures and resolution.

However, I can't really skip it, because:
- It's Zelda.
- I never owned a GameCube or Wii, so I never owned the original Twilight Princess.
- Right now, my only way of playing the original would be through emulation or asking a friend to borrow me the atrocity that is the Wii version of the game.
- And well, the remake is based on the original version, so good going there.
- Either way, it's going to be the most definitive version of the game yet, and my first chance to get it, so...

yea. I feel bad for supporting Nintendo on their cheap remaster, but there's nothing I can do about it.


Here's hoping to a real remake at it's 20th anniversary!
