We need more frames. Gif generally makes more of a difference than actually it is on gameplay. At least a video of 10-15sec is better indication than a gif.
Third person I think 30fps is the way to go :P. Hack and slash games or GOW type 60fps can probably help the player more I guess. Some genre like fighting, racing sim I think both gfx at 1080P and 60fps can be achieved
