The 950 XL can be pre-ordered at the Microsoft Store for $649 unlocked. It comes in white or black. Free display dock, valued at $99. Ships out November 25th.

The 950 can be pre-ordered from AT&T for $149.99 on a two-year contract, with Next plans available. Pre-orders start November 17. Available in stores November 20.
