Definitely not 60fps. Old 16-bit platformers with sprite-based graphics aren't exactly a one-to-one comparison with, say, a modern FPS. |

I'll take the scrolling at 60fps. Rayman 2 on Dreamcast the camera moved at 60fps, the animation was much slower, I don't even think it was 30fps. But it made something beautiful!
