Ideas to cool your computer ?

I'm using my pc for a while now today and it's around 51 celsius , that's hot for those who aren't familiar with celsius. I got my window wide open and a fan running at the maxium speed, but the temperature doesn't go down.

I know you say blabla turn it off, but I still got some homework left to do.

So, any intelligent ideas?
