I have a shit-ton of bans in my history (none from you Tachikoma, thanks by the way) and internalizing those bans has helped me remain without bans for a long while now. It is only fair that you will be also allowed to learn how they want you to act as a mod and, if you agree to what they ask of you, this could be a great opportunity to help even more this site.
