FF7 should be PS4/PC.
Releasing this game on Xbox One is useless and just a loss of money (we all know how well JRPG do on Xbox, especially later and on a smaller userbase...).
NX is a possibility but it depends on the console power and its userbase at the time. If it flops Wii U style, don't count on it. If it's a hybrid, it won't be powerful enough, so don't count on it.
In any case, the big FF7R launch will be on PS4, I can see a fast PC port after that, and anything can happen later when no one cares anymore (like a lot of late port).
