Why is everyone focusing on the graphics. Did you expect them to make a dramatic change in art style for a realistic Zelda? They've cleaned up the quality, that's enough.
Meanwhile, there's amiibo support, including all of the Zelda characters. So something, at least, has been added to the game. And it's got to be something more than just a skin, if they're including a Midna+WolfLink amiibo in the Limited Edition - there's no actual use for Midna+WolfLink in any other game at this time, so it would be a waste to make it for just one game with just a skin.
And if they're making changes for Amiibo, they're probably making other additions, too. So let's not jump to conclusions, just yet.
