This got me thinking. Could rockstar licence the gta map to developers of games. So if someone wanted to make a new hulk game they buy this map off rockstar and build their story around it. It would save them a lot of time so they could focus on gameplay and story. Some of these super hero open world games are clearly done on stretched budgets so it would be a good idea.
