I'm not an apologist but I find that voice control or controller input was a billion times faster, anyway. It was a cool trick but ultimately not that useful. If you have a Kinect, it's easier to just say "Xbox, go to Netflix" than it is to
-raise your hand over your head
-flip through panels to get to " my games and apps "
-flip through apps until you find Netflix
-hold your hand over Netflix and move your hand forward
With the new layout, it would be even more of a chore.
