I hope there's also the sequence of "Lara about to getting executed, dude misses at point-blank range, Lara rolls and suddenly finds a grenade launcher lying around". Because I laughed a lot with that on the Tomb Raider reboot.
As for the OP, this is nothing new. Whenever a big game releases, stay away from everywhere that could spark a discussion about it. I got the ending of Fallout 4 spoiled in youtube while watching an interview of the director (by the comments, not the director itself). I've been spoiled numerous times by comments on a lot of sites. 4chan and reddit can also be nasty in this aspect.
