Why that is what the techinical article is talking? So it is matter for the thread I guess... if not then why are you reading it?
BTW I always said here dozen of times Bethesda is a poor developer... they are creative and just that... they are terrible to make games and programmer it... at the time people thought I was saying that because the PS3 version of Skyrim when in fact all versions (even the PC) where below shit.
PC games from Bethesda only get playable after the community fix all the shit with mods.
