The Magic Trackpad is all about the gestures. My laptop trackpad responds to "pinch-to-zoom" and "two fingers scrolling" but the response on Windows is too jerky to the point it's annoying rather than pleasing. So even if the Magic Trackpad works on Windows you will not get anyway near the experience you will get with Mac OS.
Maybe that's fixed in Windows 10 though? I hope it is.
