Not sure about that but the one I mentioned was actually Target. This one includes a digital copy of Smash bros and Splatoon.

Good deal for those who dont care about getting digital on the WiiU. Personally a bad deal for me - glad I bought my WiiU last year with 4 physical games from the custom Best buy bundle (Smash bros, Super Mario 3D Land, Nintendoland and DK Tropical Freeze).
