It was constantly getting outsold by the Gears Bundle until recently and now the Gears Bundle is falling and the Fallout 4 Bundle is rising. Yes, you could put that down to the release of the game, but then you'd have to aknowledge a sudden late rush, which lends itself to the notion something very recent help push it harder. Only three days ago, it looked like this:

Now go back and check how long that Black Ops Bundle has been hovering around the top spot. We're not talking about a small franchise here, we're talking about a huge franchise with a bundle and marketing deal. Something suddenly spurred those sales and I doubt it's people waiting for the last moment 'just because they can'.
