No. If this game looked like PC last gen, every PS4/XBO game would be running at 60fps and would be less visually impressive because devs would have their priorities in check. Same here. Next gen (there won't be one, but for arguments sake) will just have even better looking games that still run like shit because they're trying to keep up with the PCs of 2020.
