Just push through everday and try not to stuff up important things in your life (Such as work) due to the depression that is possible to follow.

I work in a kitchen so it allows me to think unfortunately. I'm thinking of burying myself in university work to take my mind off it all.

 

I too work in a kitchen for about 50 hours a week, and yes it promotes bad thinking, I had to quit my last job to a major fuckup.

In general I dont mind kitchens.  But it sucks when you have something bad on your mind.
