wait... so he was having a sexual conversation with her and her hymen randomly broke... and hes being accusd of rape?!?!?

So for example as moongodess said before she broke hers doing gym kicks when she was 8, would the gym teacher be accused of paedophilic rape if he was instructing her?!?!??!
