Is that a firmware issue or something. There was a moment like this in the latest Assassin's Creed where there was actually sustained moment where the game actually stopped on Xbox One.
0 FPS though... If this is caused by streaming textures, they should be able to fix this with some sort of LOD streaming solution... then again, when it happened in AC, there was also no apparent streaming issues. So, I don't know. I guess its just an engine bug.
