Dude thats a load of crap. Most chicks who DO get raped can't prove it if they didnt IMMEDIATELY go to a hospital and have them FORMALLY write up any evidence. And then there is the matter of if she actually complied to his wishes and he didn't beat her up at all she really would need a sample (which very well might not be enough evidence if she isn't all bruised up) which once again requires immediately going to the hospital and making sure they write it up properly (you have no idea how lazy hospitals can be about this)
In general if a chick really does get raped shes probably going to spend that time she needs to be getting her ass to the hospital in the shower trying to cleanse herself of the filth.
