It looks like Fallout 4 will be another Skyrim on ps platforms.

I lways think of this when this comes up.  We had "slow down" back in the day, but until about 2007 I never remember frame rate and obsessions about 30 or 60 FPS being a thing.

I'd be curious to know what the best games of the 80s and 90s ran at.
