Yes it is. If you want to call it another word, I won't stop you but it doesn't change the fact that that's your opinion. The announcement at E3 was both a blessing and a curse. People assumed that Sony would pay the rest of the bill so they were disinclined to contribute to the kickstarter campaign which was handled horribly.
Also, you didn't intially say that it has "aged badly" but that "The game isn't even good, it's quite bad in fact". You can move the goalposts all you want, but don't expect not be called out when you do.
