Purely from a software standpoint, I'd go with Ubisoft so far. Child of Light, Rayman Legends, Rayman Origins and ZombiU have been some of my favourite releases so far and I'm interesting in playing Far Cry 4, Grow Home and Valiant Hearts: the Great War as well. Unfortunately, I don't have much of an interest in Ubisoft's currently announced line-up aside from Far Cry: Primal and South Park: the Fractured but Whole.
In saying that, I'm sure that Ubisoft will be displaced by Square Enix by the end of 2016. It's really hard to compete with the combined output of Japanese titles like Nier: Automata and Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness and Western titles like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and Rise of the Tomb Raider. It's just taking Square Enix longer to release products whereas Ubisoft is usually gung-ho at the beginning of a generation.
If Bethesda released more titles, it'd likely be a pretty close race between Bethesda and Square Enix since Bethesda's recent titles have been pretty damn good.
