That's a bit narrow minded view, I am not a FPS player, don't like them, find them odd to play on consoles, yet I own only the PS3. PS3 has it's casual audience else Singstar and games like FIFA 08 or PES 08 would have not sold.

if those games would be released now on gameboy color probably would sell few milions too. sports games always sell well no mater what(especially games from ea sports and pes series). singstar is from sony and compared to ps2s singstar it just bombed on ps3. ps360 are consoles for action games and we all know it.

 DS version of PES and FIFA 08 are struggling to sell millions. But I get your point, the main issue is timing, Buzz and Singstar came out at a time when the PS2 was at it's height, millions of the dang things were everywhere and it was the casual console of choice. But there were approximately 7 times more PS2s in the world when Singstar was released on PS2 then on PS3 and I think it's done alright so far for a casual game. LBP isn't as casual as Singstar though and will appeal to more gamers as well as casuals who think it looks cute.
