Btw as I predicted - Steam support answered me as soon as I am about to leave Curryland to get back to the states. I literally posted to steam support almost 2 months ago and finally got a response and.....well its even more useless than Humble Bundle's response n_n

"Any region restrictions will be mentioned on the game's steam store page"

"If you purchased a game from a third party seller - then you will need to contact their support team for a refund"

"We cannot provide any refunds however we can remove a game from your library so you can re-purchase the game accordingly to what region you are from".

So basically, depending on how many games won't work anymore, you could almost as well as start a new account
