Well, I personally would rather a million times buy a XBox One with that price, which will come bundled with one game or two, than buy the PSVR.But I sure hope it has it degree of success.VR is potentially a great tech for new gaming experience.I just dont see it working now(in this gen i mean)

Yeah and a lot will think the same way. What are Sony's expectations do you think?

I honestly dont know. But as was stated before, Sony is probably seeing this as a long term investment. This is me just theorizing like a madman, but i think they are laying the groundwork for the PS5,to get people used to it, and which I think will come with a VR and use it as an necessary acessory, much like kinect was at the beggining of the XBoxOne.But again, wild assumptions. As for now, it depends on when it releases and how much it costs, but i think 500k for the first year seems reasonable, and I think Sony is expecting something on that line. They know they cant sell it like the ps4 with that price.

I think you are underestimating the amount of people that are eager to experience VR, that are too blind to see past what the marking will tell them or that have more money than common sense.

Unless they price it above $400, Sony can sell 1 million easily.
