You didnt even mention the most important ones:
Russian roulette development strategy this not only has been responsible for the death of many companies, but stills any creative juices out of fear it wont make budget back, Eliminate of B tier games where these creative ideas usually, This also means many genres of video games left for dead.
They have instilled a mindset where tech is more important than the game. Now we have petty tech wars.
Release broken games on the market knowing they could it patch it later.
Western influence has been a slow poison in the industry. Western mindset is "make money at the expense of a healthier industry."
I find it shocking anybody could say we are in a better place with west taking charge.
