When @ Gamescom last year microsoft said

"Coming 2015, only on xbox"

',' doesn't exclusively mean and. It can also be used as a continuation of a sentence in the right context.

Otherwise it would've meant

"Coming 2015 and only on xbox"

Which implies something else. So essentially that can read as two ways, it could mean the and as you say, or it can mean, as an extension, the highest rated xbox one exclusive fp shooter.
