commas aren't exclusively used as a replacement for and.
"An Xbox one exclusive first-person action rpg set in a dystopian setting"
In this sentence, commas can be used to break up the sentence so you're not reading it as one long description of something
"An Xbox one exclusive, first-person action rpg set in a dystopian setting"
Essentially that sentence can read as both ways.
