You need to play Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (or watch the movie via the PS3 remaster) and Kingdom Hearts 2 to understand why.

Someone explained it to me.  I played BBS and 2, but never 358/2.  Is it worth playing, or should I just watch the movie?
